Wir verwenden bei Boho-Magic 925er Sterlingsilber für unseren Schmuck. Dabei ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass Sterlingsilber kein reines Silber ist.
Bei normalem Sterlingsilber besteht die Legierung aus 92,5% reinem Silber und 7,5% Kupfer, Nickel oder Messing. Bei Boho-Magic sind die meisten unserer Legierungen aber nickelfrei und bestehen hauptsächlich aus Kupfer und Zink. Diese spezielle Zusammensetzung ist für die Herstellung von Sterlingsilberringen von grundlegender Bedeutung und der Grund für die 925er-Sterlingsilber-Punzierung.
Die Ringe von Boho-Magic tragen das Gütesiegel „925“, das für eine Legierung aus 92,5% reinem Silber und 7,5% anderen Metallen, meist Kupfer und Zink, steht. Diese Kombination verleiht dem Sterlingsilber seine Festigkeit, Widerstandsfähigkeit und seinen Glanz, der auch in einem vollen Raum sofort ins Auge fällt.
